Patricia Morland

Patricia Morland is a doctoral candidate in the Department of History who studies warfare and politics in the ancient world. Her dissertation focuses on the important role of horses and foreigners in several ancient Empires. In addition to studying history, Patricia’s other passion is to work with students, and to make history fun and relatable to a wider audience. When Patricia is not mentoring students or working on her dissertation, she can most likely be found hiking and exploring with her dog to gather materials for her new website.
